Working with the mandala allows us to meet our colors, our felt and our creativity.

It gets relaxation and concentration. It is a tool privileged to find its values. The original approach that I have gives to the work with mandala a powerful tool of personal development.

The workshops of mandala allow to find a personal dynamics and to share the user-friendliness and the respect for the group.

Develop our feminine identity with Mandala

To harmonize her polarity and become established in the sacred dimension of the being

By using the mandalas, this workshop will allow to go towards its feminine identity by investigating the diverse aspects. It takes place on 4 days.

Mandala of the 4 seasons

We shall travel at the rate of the seasons, of their symbolism and of their echo at the level of our evolutionary process.

Winter solstice	Point of departure of the journey of the sun, the point of departure of workshops. We shall lean on the dynamics of the energy of the sun which goes back up and celebrations which accompany it to investigate the working propositions.
Spring workshop	The Renaissance, the cure, the deep transformation are some of the tracks which will lead us more before in the exploration of the mandala and its colors.
Summer solstice	Final, sometimes painful work, represented by the harvests, the summer wears the energy of the fire in its highlight.
Autumn workshop	Gather in, sow and prepare the ground for the following cycles. End of the cycle, symbolized by the balance sheet of St Michel... Descent in the darkness to prepare the future renewal. Investigate the confidence, the strength, the life which always is renewed will mark out the propositions.
